1. The service

TimeHatch records everyday activities and time, helps you review time use, and compares records with goals you choose. Animal collection is an optional reward feature. Results depend on your input, device clock, and settings. Specific outcomes or goal achievement are not guaranteed.

2. Accounts

Sign-in is optional. Account services are for users aged 14 or older. Use an email or social account you are entitled to use and protect access information. Unauthorized access and abuse are prohibited. Hide My Email can create a separate account; account linking requires its own identity verification process.

3. Records, backup, and recording devices

Guest records, goals, and animals save locally. When you sign in, they merge with your account's cloud data and synchronize automatically. Unsynced data can be lost if a device fails, is lost, or the app or its storage is removed. Check cloud save status for important records. Conflicting copies are preserved for review. You retain rights to your records.

An account has one recording device at a time; other devices can view data. Switching requires an explicit handover or verified recovery. Explicit logout ends running activities; backgrounding, network loss, and authentication expiration do not count as logout. Activities end after 48 hours without app use, at the 48-hour cutoff after the last interaction. You are informed when you return. Long activities remain active when you continue using the app.

4. Acceptable use and deletion

Do not infringe others' rights, access accounts without permission, disrupt the service, or manipulate rewards. Access may be limited as necessary to protect the service. Schedule account deletion in ‘Trash / Reset / Delete’. Regular use stops after scheduling. You can sign in and cancel within seven days. The precise deadline is shown; server tasks remove the account, records, and animals after the deadline, with possible delays during an outage. You can later create a new account with the same login information without old data being linked. Offline copies are removed on their next server connection. Previously exported files remain your responsibility.

5. Changes, interruptions, and payments

Important changes are announced in the app or on this website. Maintenance or outages can interrupt service. No paid products or payment features are currently provided. If introduced, prices, payment, cancellation, and refund conditions will be announced separately. These terms do not limit statutory user rights.

6. Content, rewards, and disputes

Your records belong to you. TimeHatch logos, screens, and animal artwork can be used within the service; unauthorized resale and redistribution are prohibited. Animal rewards are in-app collectibles, not cash, property, or transferable rights. Operator liability for intentional acts, negligence, or applicable law is not categorically excluded. Disputes are governed by applicable South Korean law without limiting statutory user rights.
